International Shipping

While we do offer international shipping, please note that the customer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and vary depending on the destination’s regulations.

Delivery Time

We understand your excitement to receive your furniture. Our standard delivery time is approximately 45 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the advance deposit. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions or customs clearance delays, might affect delivery times. We will do our best to inform you of any changes to your delivery schedule.

Order Process and Payment

  • All orders require a 50% advance payment before they are processed.
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, you are welcome to visit our showroom to inspect your items. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at this stage before the delivery process can commence.
  1. Delivery and Product Inspection

  • Our team takes utmost care in packaging and delivering your furniture order safely to your specified address.
  • Upon delivery, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect your products to ensure they meet your expectations and are in perfect condition.
  • In the unfortunate event of any breakage or damage during delivery, we will promptly assist you in filing a claim. However, please note that we do not offer product exchanges.
  1. Product Retrieval

  • We understand that circumstances may arise where you are unable to accept the delivery at the scheduled time.
  • If you fail to accept the delivery and do not communicate with us within 10 days, your advance payment will be considered non-refundable, and the order may be subject to additional storage fees.
  1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Once your furniture is ready for delivery, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. We understand the importance of a hassle-free delivery experience and will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
  • The estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process.
  • However, please note that the actual delivery time may vary based on factors such as product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location.

  • We currently offer shipping within all over the Pakistan. Please ensure that your delivery address is within our designated delivery zones.
  1. Shipping Charges

  • Charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout. The cost may vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the furniture.
  1. Non-Delivery Situations

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your furniture order within the specified timeframe, we will notify you promptly and keep you informed about the revised delivery schedule.
