Order Modifications

You have the option to make changes to your order, such as the color, size, or design, within 7 days after placing the order.

Payment Terms

To initiate the order, a 50% advance payment is required. Once your order is ready, you are welcome to visit our showroom to inspect the furniture. Upon satisfactory inspection, the remaining 50% balance can be settled before scheduling the delivery.

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from your advance payment. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Damaged Product during Delivery

In the unfortunate event that the product sustains damage during the delivery process, we will initiate a claim process. However, please note that we do not offer product exchanges for such cases.

Glass Products Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any breakage of glass items during transportation.

Delayed Product Pick-up

If, for any reason, you fail to pick up your product on the scheduled delivery date and do not communicate with us within 10 days from the original delivery date, we will not be liable for the return or refund of your advance payment.
